Message	If you are inquiring about whether the state of Florida has stringent accident/insurance reporting requirements; then that is a different question. I've only been he a short time, however, IMHO this state is not very deligent in their oversight of motor vehicle repair facilities and/or body shops. Either way, you cannot rely upon government to insure the quality of your used car purchase. Better have a Zcar expert examine your prospective vehicle. Gordo
